Diana Castro is the Founder and President of Legacy Tax Services a Tax Preparation and Tax Planning Firm. Ms. Castro is an IRS approved Enrolled Agent and currently working on completing a Master’s of Science in Taxation. Additionally, she is also the Principal Broker/Owner of Legacy Lending Services, Inc. an independent mortgage firm located in Ventura, CA. She has been a Tax & Financial Professional helping clients retain more of their earnings and create wealth for over 20 years.

Ms. Castro is also a published best-selling author of “Why Didn’t My CPA Tell Me That? Small Business Write-offs Conventional Tax Advisors Miss” and “The Ten Most Expensive Tax Mistakes….that cost Real Estate Agents Thousands”. She has been featured in several books and articles. She specializes in tax and mortgage planning for individuals, small/medium sized businesses, real estate professionals and investors.

For over 20 years, Diana has provided tax, mortgage and business consulting services worldwide to individuals, small business and large corporations. She has led seminars and educational workshops on various topics including: Improving Organization Performance, Behavior-Based Strategies, The Basics to Home Buying, Women and Investing, Wealth Management, Quadrant Living, Short-Sales, Buying REO properties, Credit Improvement, as well as, Local and Federal Grant Programs for Homebuyers.

Ms. Castro is an Alumni of the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a native Californian who is fluent in Spanish and French. Ms. Castro loves being a mother to her two grown daughters. She also has several rescue cats and dogs. She enjoys international traveling, reading, researching, beach time, walking/running, real estate investing and home remodeling projects.

I am the Executive Administrative Assistant for Diana Castro. I started this exciting position January 23, 2017. I bring with me over twenty years experience in the field. I have extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and customer service. I am able to tailor my skills to meet the needs of all of our clients and staff members.

As a senior assistant, I am available to assist my co-workers at all times. I am also available to interact with potential and existing clients, and strive to increase customer satisfaction at all times. In my free time I enjoy, tennis, golf, cooking and watching sports. I am the Administrative Assistant for Legacy Tax Services, Incorporated. I started my position with the firm on January 23, 2017. I am responsible for the intake of all tax information, scheduling appointments, and preparation for filing. I am also a student at Ventura College. I am majoring in Business Management. I enjoy playing tennis, paddle boarding, and hiking. I am happy to be part of the Legacy Tax Services team and look forward to assisting you with all of your tax needs.

Carissa Arce is the Administrative Assistant at Legacy Lending. Here she answers phone calls, organizes data and files, helps with day to day tasks of the Loan Officers, and assists in anyway necessary.

She has held her notary license since 2008 and specializes in loan doc notarizations. During tax season, she is also a Tax Preparer at Legacy Tax.

Carissa graduated from UC Santa Barbara in December of 2013 and enjoys going the beach, playing soccer and camping in her free time.
